Program Description:
This course will continue from level 1 providing students with additional skills in electrical systems. Students will continue to familiarize themselves with the details of residential wiring, with an emphasis on more complex theoretical knowledge & advanced wiring techniques & applications.
Students will learn & be proficient in a more advanced application of residential electrical wiring. This course will provide a thorough understanding of the safety precautions for working with electricity while focusing on:
- Requirements for electrical installations
- Installation techniques for boxes, lighting fixtures, devices & cable
- Awareness of how to trim-out service panels
- Maintenance & troubleshooting of residential electrical systems
- Introduction to green wiring techniques
Tuition Breakdown
Each course is eight weeks in length, and tuition cost is $500 per course.

- $250 book/ materials fee. One-time, per-student, per year (in addition to tuition cost; covers all classes for the year)
Our courses meet the requirements for credit, and can qualify for credit transfer as shown below. Please note – transfer of credit is always at the discretion of the receiving school.
