COURSE RATIONALE

This course is designed to prepare an individual to sit for the Project Management Institute’s Project
Management Professional examination. While advanced project management tools, techniques, and
methods are critical to project managers, the skills developed in this class can be applied across
disciplines and pursuits.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

An analysis of project management methodology, with emphasis on Project Management Institute’s
Project Management Professional examination preparation.

  • No fewer than 35 contact Hours

FORMAT OF PROGRAM

8:00 am – 6:00 pm Scheduled over four consecutive Saturdays.
Hours and days can be altered for client specific training events.
